Ivion: Winterstorm
The Skels are in danger. The destructive, supernatural Winter sweeps across the isles, forcing good folk to do anything to survive. It is a dark age of chaos, magic, and fear. Can you create a hero that will beat back the cold, or embrace it's malefic power?
Ivion is a 1v1 or 2v2 dueling card game where players construct decks, or 'characters', to battle their friends on a 4x4 tile grid. Each card you draw is a brutal attack, a cunning trick, or a powerful spell. You must outwit your opponent and stay focused, for one misstep could mean a cruel end.
EASY TO LEARN
Your goal is to defeat your opponent by reducing their life to 0. Simple. Play attack cards that deal damage, control cards to limit their offense or defense, and seize the day. Move across a 4 by 4 tile grid where your character is in one tile at any given time. Move. Attack. Defend. Repeat. How you do that is up to you.
DIFFICULT TO MASTER
Learning how to swing a blade may be easy, but that doesn't quite hold up in a real duel. You have tricks, maneuvers and counters at your disposal. But so do they. You'll have to consider your options carefully to outsmart your opponent, lead them into a false sense of security, and strike when they least expect.
BUILD YOUR CHARACTER
Pick between two Classes and one Specialization to create your character in our RPG-like deck creation system. No two characters are the same, even within the same Classes and Specializations. On top of that, you'll get two Traits and an Ultimate to further develop your personal identity in each of your decks.
MULTIPLE GAME MODES
Play intense, 1v1 duels where each turn and each card are pivotal. Circle your opponent, test their defenses, and plan your strategy. Try out 2v2, where you build decks with an ally to synergize and play off of each other's strengths. Or play Paragon, where each character is a monstrous purveyor of mayhem...
INFINITE REPLAYABILITY
Within the core box of Ivion is over 800 cards. Each of the six Classes and twelve Specializations can be combined in different ways to create your unique character. Plus, new Ivion content is actively in development to expand your repertoire of options. What are you waiting for?
